A level-80 Hardcore hero is freed from permadeath: they can die and resurrect like normal, so they can go run dungeons and raids.
From your account page you can transfer a dead Hardcore hero to the Classic realm.
From your account page, use the Unstuck button to teleport your (offline) character to the nearest graveyard.
Use the Forgot password page: enter your account name or email and we'll send a reset link by email, valid for 30 minutes. It changes your login for both the website and the game.
